Look Mommy...up in the sky...it's a bird. No, it's a plane. No, it's a SWARM. Don't panic. This is a wondrous sight to see. There is nothing like seeing a swarm, and aren't you lucky to have found one? Is it safe? Yes. Generally speaking, swarms are normally docile. They are only out looking for a new home. We do recommend that you stand clear and not disturb them. If they have landed on something that you would rather them not be on, just wait. They will usually leave the next day, but there have been cases when they just stay for a while. Please don't call an exterminator; they usually won't kill honey bees anyway. Call one of our members instead. We love swarms and will come and collect them!

Members listed here do not charge to collect swarms and also do not pay for swarms. Be prepared to answer a few questions about location of the swarm, size, and how high off the ground they are.
